We would love to show you around our grounds. Please contact us to arrange a time for you to view our facilities.
Note: Children must have celebrated their 3rd birthday to be able to commence attendance. Groups are allocated based on your child’s date of birth.
Once allocated a place, a deposit of 2 weeks fees is required to secure your child’s position. This money is refunded to the family when the child leaves to attend Primary School or resigns their place throughout the year and two weeks notice is given. Please see Parent Handbook for terms and conditions.
We offer four classes with a maximum of 20 children per class. Yellow and Green groups attend on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, while the Blue and Red groups attend on Thursdays and Fridays.
Once your child has been offered a place and you have accepted, we arrange an Orientation morning for your child to participate in Preschool activities for an hour in your company.
Prior to your child’s first day at Preschool, we invite you to attend an Information Evening, which aims to acquaint you with the staff, the Emergent Curriculum and also to inform you how best to prepare your child for preschool. This is a relaxed and informative evening designed to make sure you are confident about the little things, like providing your child with appropriate clothing and footwear, medication, morning tea and lunch etc. This is also a great opportunity to meet other new parents and get to know your child’s Educator.
Goulding Hill Preschool is an “Allergy Aware Service”. If your child suffers any allergies, please ensure that you provide the appropriate documents and medication as stated in your Enrollment Form. For further information about our Allergies and Medication Policy, please see our Preschool Handbook for Parents.
We have strict guidelines on incubation periods for illnesses. Please see our PRESCHOOL HANDBOOK for Parents for further information.
Our Director/Nominated Supervisor writes an informative Newsletter every term, advising of goings-on at Preschool and reminders of events and dates. Please be sure to record all dates in your diary so you are aware of special days, fundraising activities, Grandparents Day, etc.
